Discover commercetools agents available for your Organization.
Agent Registry is a centralized view in the Merchant Center where the Administrators Team can discover commercetools agents for Projects in an Organization, and also review and audit available agents.
The following agents are available:
To access these agents, go to Agent Registry in the main menu. To view details of an agent, such as its capabilities and scopes, click its row.
The commercetools support team may deactivate an agent across all Organizations for operational or security purposes. The agent will not be available in Projects while deactivated.
To uninstall an agent from a Project, administrators can contact the commercetools support team and provide the name of the agent.
Agents act on behalf of the user who starts them, and any write action requires a human in the loop. Agents require a set of API OAuth Scopes to perform their instructed operations, and all agents authenticate with
OAuth 2.0.For security reasons, agent permissions are decoupled from a user's permissions. For example, when a user without permission to manage discounts has access to an agent that can manage discounts, the agent will manage discounts on behalf of the user.
